Looking for an energizing, and development-focused morning? Start your morning with breakfast, networking and a speaker at AMP! (Alliance Morning Program). This program is for any business person that is looking to AMPlify their talents and knowledge!


Leaders are still looking for the magic solution to communicate to different generations in the workplace, especially now that Millennials are the largest generation in the U.S. workforce. Katie Rasoul of Team Awesome encourages breaking assumptions and promotes using situational leadership as an approach to teams regardless of generational stereotypes.
