Event Description:

This program brings together manufacturing business leaders to engage in dialogue about issues pertinent to manufacturing. A panel of executives will discuss workforce, attracting and retaining talent, company
culture, and more. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from some of our region’s leading manufacturing executives.

Panel Discussions:

Quad

Pat Henderson, Director of Government Affairs
Artell Smith, VP of Human Resources

To truly make connections with potential employees, Quad has invested in hiring community-based recruiters that work on-the-ground in neighborhoods they are actively trying to hire from, providing free transportation, doing employee interviews to understand the positive impact work can have in someone’s life, looking at housing opportunities and more. Hear Quad’s vision for the region and how employers can make it happen.

Inpro
Mike Sekula, VP Global Supply Chain Management & Safety
Jennifer Zilvetti, VP of Culture

In order to create a talent pipeline and engage the future workforce, Inpro created a successful co-op program for high school students. The program rotates students through different departments at Inpro, giving them an opportunity to learn about all aspects of the company. A graduation luncheon engages parents to build a connection with the students’ families. Hear from Inpro about how they built a successful co-op program and what they learned along the way.

Husco
Angela Stemo, VP of Global Human Capital Management
Mark Dreikosen, Director of Operations

Lutheran Social Services
