The mission of the Brewers Community Foundation is to “harness the pride, passion and commitment of Brewers fans, players and other supporters to positively impact the lives
of children and their families in Greater Milwaukee and Wisconsin”.  Cecelia will discuss
her journey to becoming the Executive Director of the Brewers Community Foundation.  
The challenges associated with being a female executive in male-dominated sport,
how to navigate the obstacles associated with her position,
and her goals for the foundation.
