Ribbon Cutting: Harbor Homes

Harbor Homes is a new kind of home builder offering a fresh new line of smaller, more affordable homes to consumers while streamlining the home buying process. Lake Country Village is a neighborhood that offers three different home types and lot sizes to meet the price-point needs of consumers. Harbor Homes is building build smaller on narrower homesites that brings the price-point down within the Villas at Lake Country Village.

Harbor Homes will feature narrower lot sizes which is a trend that it will be carrying forward with its partner company, Neumann Development. The two entities will be introducing more lifestyle neighborhoods with a variety of products to hit different price points for homebuyers in the greater Milwaukee area and throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Other neighborhoods Harbor Homes is currently offering their affordable new homes including Farmstead Creek in Slinger, Greystone in Port Washington, Partridge Hollow in Hartford, and Pine Ridge Estates in Oconomowoc. Pricing for these new homes starts at below $300,000.

While the ribbon cutting will be held at the location for their newest community in Summit, Harbor Homes is based in Pewaukee.
