Collective Impact: Waukesha County
How To Get Involved & Why It Matters
"Collective impact is an innovative and structured approach to making collaboration work across government, business, philanthropy, nonprofit organizations and citizens to achieve significant and lasting social change."
Thriving Waukesha is utilizing this framework to work collectively on complex community issues such as homelessness and transportation. Nonprofit leaders are looking for new and innovative ways to utilize collective impact to increase an agency's capacity to provide services.
Jean Schultz, Director of Community Benefit at ProHealth Care and Chair of Thriving Waukesha, will be speaking about how all of there groups are working together, what more can be done, and how getting involved will help with your personal and professional development.
