Citizens Bank Announces Promotions

Citizens Bank, Mukwonago is pleased to announce the following promotions:

Sarah Oberthaler has been named Chief Administrative Officer. She will oversee the areas of Human Resources, Organizational Development, Retail Deposits, Compliance, and Security while playing a key leadership role at the growing bank. Since coming on board in 2007, Sarah has developed the company’s culture while improving efficiencies in several functional areas, allowing deposit and lending teams to focus on providing the best level of care to customers. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and the Marquette University Law School.

Kelley Jensen has been named Vice President – Mortgage & Consumer Lending. She will lead the bank’s mortgage lending team while developing efficiencies to provide a seamless customer experience from loan application to loan closing. Kelley joined the company in 2001 and is responsible for many innovative products that have contributed to the growth of the bank’s loan portfolio and customer base. Kelley is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and Western Governors University.

Kayla Thompsen has been named Assistant Vice President – Organizational Development. She will oversee the bank’s training and professional development initiatives designed to empower team members as they help customers reach financial goals. Kayla joined the company in 2009 and has implemented several programs that have strengthened the bank’s culture and approach to customer service. Kayla is a Certified Bank Training Professional and certified as a Genuine Sales course facilitator.
