Consolidated Construction Announces Building of Senior Living Facility
Appleton, Wis. (November 28, 2017) – Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., a full-service design/build firm headquartered in Appleton, Wis., announces the construction of a new assisted living facility for Care Partners Assisted Living in Eau Claire, Wis.
Located at 5110 Stonewood Drive in Eau Claire, the 42,000-square-foot facility includes 60 resident beds within a secure and home-like environment. The new facility will also include memory care services for residents suffering from symptoms of dementia. The complex is operated by Care Partners & Country Terrace Assisted Living of Oshkosh, Wis.
“We are happy to work with Care Partners on this residential facility,” Andy Wilke, Consolidated Construction project manager, said. “Care Partners Assisted Living offers a warm and caring atmosphere for senior citizens and will come as a great addition to the Eau Claire community.”
Construction on the new community based residential facility began in October 2017 and is scheduled for completion in July 2018. Ken Koziczkowski of Consolidated Construction Co., serves as the architect for the project.
