Cresa's Steve Palec joining Colliers brokerage office in Milwaukee

Steve Palec joins Colliers as a Partner of the Brokerage Operations where he will lead the company's Occupier Services platform, representing some of the area's largest corporate real estate users. Steve brings over 30 years of experience in the Milwaukee commercial real estate market. Steve most recently led the Milwaukee office of Cresa where his team exclusively focused on tenant representation.

Joining Steve as part of the Occupier Services Group will be Corporate & Marketing Assistant Dani Kapitz and Tenant Advisor Ben Anderson.
