CTaccess Celebrates 35 years of Growth and Purpose-Driven Leadership
Business credits core values and focus on improving lives through technology
BROOKFIELD, WI – CTaccess, a leading provider of outsourced managed IT and business process automation services, marks its 35th anniversary and honors a company legacy built on integrity, continuous adaptation, and a commitment to people-first service.
The anniversary recognizes the firm’s journey from a local IT support service to a third-generation, regional technology partner headquartered in southeast Wisconsin, with an expanded office in Madison.
“When we started, businesses weren’t even on the internet, viruses didn’t exist, and many were still booting from floppy disks,” recalls Scott Hirschfeld, President & Owner of CTaccess. “Since then, we’ve helped organizations evolve, connecting them to the internet, establishing their first domains and email systems, and then going far beyond that. We’ve protected them from growing cybersecurity threats, streamlined their operations with automation, and elevated their productivity with fully managed IT solutions. Today, we continue to lead with strategic, proactive support, ensuring their technology isn’t just working, but driving real performance.
“More than being incredible at technology, we place high importance on our employees and customers. It gives real meaning to what we do every day.”
CTaccess was founded in November 1990 by Gary Eide. Since that time, CTaccess has successfully navigated major technological evolutions: the emergence of the internet, the rise of cybercrime and artificial intelligence.
“Partnering with Laserfiche in 1998 helped shape the path we’re on today, which expanded from simple document management solutions into a full suite of workflow and process automation,” says Vicki Hirschfeld, Vice-President & Owner. “Ten years later, we solidified our modern service model by transitioning from break/fix IT support to a proactive Managed Services Provider (MSP) approach, ensuring consistent, high-level support for our clients.”
CTaccess views the rise of AI not as disruption, but as a catalyst for innovation and growth. Company leaders see immense opportunities to expand both Managed IT Services and Business Process Automation, using AI to deliver smarter, faster, and more strategic solutions for the customers they serve.
“Our goal is to lead the industry with service and hospitality that spurs our growth and helps our customers succeed,” adds Scott Hirschfeld. “We are in this for the long game, and we will continue to invest in those relationships to build loyalty and trust.”
