Lt. Governor Kleefisch and Suzanne Kelley to tour Cooper Power Systems

(Waukesha, WI) – Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch will be joining Suzanne Kelley of the Waukesha County Business Alliance on a tour of Cooper Power Systems’ facility Badger Drive on Monday, February 27 starting at 10:30am.

Hosted by Cooper President Mark Thurman and Frank Hojnacki, Vice-President Human Resources, Lt. Governor Kleefisch and Suzanne Kelley will be touring the facility and discussing the skills gap issue many manufacturers are facing.

“We are focused on designing solutions to promote manufacturing to the marketplace and we are pleased to work with the Lt. Governor on these initiatives to close the talent gap,” said Kelley.

“Our Administration is committed to creating a business climate that makes companies like Cooper Power Systems succeed in this highly challenged economy,” said Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch. “We are working to align the skills of our workforce with the needs of job providers like Cooper Power Systems to foster their success.”

Following the tour, Lt. Governor Kleefisch will be the featured speaker at the Waukesha Noon Rotary meeting.
