NAI MLG Commercial Announces Newly Elected Senior Vice Presidents and Vice President
Schmidt earned her B.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1993, joined NAI MLG Commercial in 1992 as an intern and became a broker in 1993, and specializes in office leasing and sales, commercial property and investment sales, site selection, land development and elderly housing.
Janusz earned his Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Marquette University in 2008, joined NAI MLG Commercial as an intern from 2006-2008 and became a broker in 2008, and specializes in office landlord and tenant representation, with clients located in downtown Milwaukee and throughout the greater Metro area.
Garceau earned his Bachelors of Science in both Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University in 2008, joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2007 as an intern and became a broker in 2008, and specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial and investment properties
Matson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2005 with a B.B.A. in finance and an emphasis on real estate, joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2005 as an intern and became a broker in 2006, and specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial land and buildings for both users and investors.
Schmoldt holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2007 as an intern and became a broker in 2009, and specializes in leasing retail properties, the representation of local and national retailers, property acquisition, land development and investment sales.
Tiede graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelors in Business Marketing with an emphasis in Real Estate, joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2012 and specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties with a concentration on several select industrial parks.
