Endpoint Solutions Corp., Accelerated Diagnostic and REM Occupational Health & Wellness have partnered together to provide comprehensive COVID-19 reopening services focused on onsite employee COVID-19 testing services. All samples are collected at your facility by licensed medical professionals with results reported within 48-hours of sample collection all for less than $200 per sample.
Accelerated Diagnostic is a Milwaukee-based Food & Drug Administration (FDA) certified Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) laboratory contracted by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) to provide active COVID-19 analysis, COVID-19 antibody analysis and COVID-19 surface swab sample analysis using validated Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) methods.
All sampling is performed in your facility by licensed health practitioners associated with REM Occupational Health & Wellness. REM is a local occupational medicine practice providing onsite occupational health services, including: onsite illness and injury evaluations and incident investigations.
Endpoint Solutions Corp. environmental, health & safety (EHS) professionals will work with REM staff and facility staff as necessary to perform the risk assessments required by the Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) to prepare a site-specific Infectious Disease Response & Preparedness Plan to establish protocols to identify and isolate sick employees, methods to implement workplace engineering and administrative controls to prevent the spread of infection, safe work practices and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
