MILLIMAN ANNOUNCES MOVE TO STATE-OF-THE-ART NEW BUILDING TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT THE CORRIDOR

MILWAUKEE (July 9, 2020) - Milliman Inc., an international actuarial and consulting firm, is pleased to
announce plans to move its Brookfield office to Golf Parkway Corporate Center, a to be developed Class A
office complex prominently located within The Corridor, along Interstate 94 and with close adjacency to
Bluemound and Calhoun Roads, in the heart of the City of Brookfield’s commercial district. Milliman’s new
office space will feature flexible floor plates with floor-to-ceiling windows, daylighting, “new normal” stateof-
the-art safe/healthy design and exclusive amenities. The company will occupy 118,300 square feet in the
six-story, 186,000 square foot office building, the largest and highest quality multi-tenant office building in
Brookfield. Milliman’s occupancy at Golf Parkway Corporate Center meets both Milliman’s immediate and
long-term growth needs. Development will start in fall of 2020 with initial occupancy in the summer of 2022.

Golf Parkway Corporate Center is one of two newly designed, Class A office buildings totaling 231,000
rentable square feet and is positioned to meet the needs and desires of today’s multi-generational workforce
in a premium location.

Remaining availability at Golf Parkway Corporate Center includes the top floor of the corporate office
project consisting of approximately 35,000 square feet with opportunities for on-building signage along
Interstate 94. Golf Parkway Corporate Center also has other spaces available ranging from 7,000 – 17,0000
square feet. The building, located along walking trails, includes a common conference room, tenant lounge,
outdoor patio, bike storage and fitness center with showers and lockers. The project is adjacent to Life Time
fitness center and in close proximity to numerous shopping, hospitality, entertainment and restaurant
destinations in Brookfield.

Kahler Slater will serve as the architect and CG Schmidt will be the General Contractor. Mr. William Bonifas
of CBRE Milwaukee represented Milliman in the lease transaction.
