HYDRITE CHEMICAL CO. ANNOUNCES HEADQUARTERS MOVE TO NEW BUILDING AT GOLF PARKWAY CORPORATE CENTER AT THE CORRIDOR

MILWAUKEE (July 8, 2020) - Hydrite Chemical Co., an integrated manufacturer and supplier of chemicals
and related services, is pleased to announce plans to move to Golf Parkway Corporate Center, prominently
located within The Corridor, along Interstate 94 and just off Bluemound and Calhoun Roads, in the heart of
the City of Brookfield. Hydrite’s new office space will feature flexible floor plates with floor-to-ceiling windows,
expansion capability, state-of-the-art design and exclusive amenities. The company will fully occupy a two-story
office building, consisting of approximately 45,000 square feet, increasing its space occupancy in Brookfield
from 26,000 square feet at its current location. Hydrite’s new corporate headquarters is designed with future
growth in mind.

location. Kahler Slater will serve as the project architect and CG Schmidt will be the general contractor.
