Elm Grove, Wis. – Payroll Control Systems, a leading provider of customer-centered, locally-operated payroll and human resources solutions, is relocating its Milwaukee-area office July 1.

PCS, currently in Elm Grove, will move to 250 N. Sunnyslope Road, #131, Brookfield, in the Bishop’s Woods office park. The larger location will provide much-needed space for the growing operation.

“We’re tremendously excited about this move, which offers opportunities to expand the high-level customer service in which we already take great pride,” said John Washcovick, Vice-President and Partner who opened the PCS Milwaukee-area office in 2010. “Every one of our clients has a dedicated account manager. We look forward to strengthening these relationships by inviting clients to events at our new office.”

These will include training and educational offerings, Washcovick said, likely monthly in-person seminars to start.  PCS will still provide regular webinars for clients on a variety of topics.

The office phone number, (414) 778-0155, is unchanged. A live person will always answer the phone during business hours, Washcovick said, an ongoing service standard for PCS. Clients can contact their account managers anytime with questions or concerns.

PCS takes payroll to a new level of service. The company’s iSolved software provides a robust platform for clients to manage payroll, timekeeping and labor, benefits, applicant tracking, performance management and new employee onboarding. iSolved is compatible with other software for POS, ERP and accounting functions.

The PCS app, compatible with iPhone and Android devices, allows employees to receive messages, change tax exemptions, and view pay stubs, W-2s and time-off balances.

“PCS offers many technology tools for clients, yet personal service differentiates us,” Washcovick said. “Our employees share a common goal of helping clients efficiently manage their workers, from ‘hire to retire.’”

Founded in 1995 by Joseph M. Reilly Jr., Payroll Control Systems prides itself on superior customer service that couples state-of-the-art technology with personalized attention from dedicated account managers. The company’s employees average more than 10 years’ experience in the payroll industry, serving more than 900 clients from offices in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Arizona.
