Open Position:  Entry-Level Sales Account Executive
                 
RCH Communications is a growing cutting edge telecommunication solution provider.  We’re looking for an ambitious self-starter that’s social media savvy and a bit of a techie.  If you can provide value-based service while staying organized and have a great personality, we want to meet you!
 
Position Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on technology solutions. 
  • Creates Proposals based on customer needs.
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers and consistently introduce RCH to new customers.
  • Participate in on-going product and sales training.
 
Candidate Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent is required.  A college degree in business, sales/marketing, advertising, communication or PR is preferred.
  • Previous customer experience and proven track record is a plus, but full training is provided.
  • Should have basic social media skills in LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
  • High level of professionalism and able to work independently.
  • Must be detail-orientated, organized, friendly and computer proficient.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screening requirements.
 
This is a hands-on, always-learning, team-orientated full time position that includes a generous benefits package.  A base salary plus generous commission pay structure will be based on experience.
