Waukesha, WI –Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. (R/M) has announced Stan Sugden as President and Jerry Jendusa an outside member of R/M Board of Directors while launching into a 100% ESOP this month.
- The R/M Board of Directors appointed the following officers of the corporation: CEO & Treasurer Bill Mielke; President Stan Sugden; Senior Vice President & COO Steve Wurster; Vice President Ryan Amtmann; Vice President Ken Ward; Vice President Jason Lietha; and Secretary & CFO Ken Williams.
- The Stockholders elected a new Board of Directors consisting of Chairman Bill Mielke, Director Stan Sugden and an outside Director Jerry Jendusa. Jerry was the former owner of EMTEQ and will bring a unique perspective to R/M.
- The Stockholders finalized a plan to have the corporation repurchase all the non-ESOP shares as of March 1, 2015. This will make R/M a 100% employee owned company.
