SURG Debuts a New HoM Wood-fired Grill Location and Menu at the Bayshore Town Center

Glendale- Wisconsin owned SURG Restaurant Group announces they will open a second HoM location at the Bayshore Town Center in late July. HoM will unveil a new menu at the Bayshore location, to be implemented in SURG’s HoM  Wood-fired Grill in Brookfield as well.  Both HoM locations will continue to focus on Wisconsin ingredients, as well as local spirits and traditions.

HoM’s menu will expand to include a comprehensive assortment of Wisconsin-themed dishes with friendly prices, which will cater to a greater range of diners and occasions. There will be appetizers, soups and salads, as well as a lighter fare menu including sandwiches, hot dishes, and skillets, all ranging in price from $5-15.  Entrees will start at $11, and prime steaks and seafood will be offered from $25-35, each to be complimented by classic home-style desserts.  HoM will also feature traditional Wisconsin weekend specials including a Friday fish fry, prime rib on Saturdays, and fried chicken on Sundays.
 
HoM’s menu will continue to highlight ingredients from Wisconsin farmers’ markets, small growers, ranchers and local fisheries. The unique partnership between SURG Restaurant Group’s CEO Mike Polaski and his Hidden Creek Farm, located in New London, WI, also allows HoM to serve Wisconsin farm fresh Wagyu and Angus beef, Mangalitsa and Yorkshire pork, as well as fresh herbs. The new menu will also include vegetables from East Troy, maple syrup from Cumberland, cheese and beer from around the state and many other products sourced from Wisconsin farms.  New suppliers are added regularly.
