Susan K. Wehrley Opens Women’s Leadership Center in Downtown Pewaukee

Pewaukee –Executive Leadership Coach, Susan K. Wehrley, has opened the door to the BIZremedies Cheetah Center for Women Leaders. The center will give her female clients a place to meet for sessions and gather as a supportive community, which includes a membership to enjoy the center across from Pewaukee Beach with daily coworking space rentals. Her offerings include: Roundtables, coaching, mindfulness classes & retreats to help women leaders learn the techniques she had been teaching to men in the executive suite for over 30 years. Her primary clientele used to be corporate executive teams, until she pivoted 3 years ago to focus on developing women leaders to help fill the women’s leadership gap in the pipeline and c-suite. Wehrley believes the timing is right, as companies are now seeing evidence that women in leadership increases overall company success.

Wehrley uses the image of the cheetah to remind women to be fearless, focused & fabulous. The idea of the cheetah came to her when she read the McKinsey study, which indicates that women out rank men 17 out of 19 leadership characteristics, but lag in risk-taking and negotiation. Wehrley believes that women have been conditioned to play nice or they fear being judged. Her new center will offer many programs to help women overcome these unconscious biases, learn strategies, and set goals in the seven areas of their life: Vocationally, Financially, Emotionally, Mentally, Physically, Relationally and Spiritually. Wehrley says, “Women desire balance in their life. When their personal and professional lives feel out of balance, they feel stress. By helping women build strategy in all seven areas of their life, they will feel more confident that they are in balance and in control of their destiny.”

Wehrley’s new center is located at 161 W. Wisconsin Ave. Suite 1-H, Pewaukee, WI 53072—the yellow building across Pewaukee Lake. Her Grand Opening is Thursday, May 20th from 4:30 PM-7 PM, with a ribbon cutting & inspirational talk from 4:30-5 PM, followed by a champagne toast, treats, tours & special offerings that day! The public is encouraged to stop in for the Grand Opening. For those desiring a smaller group setting due to Covid, Susan will be having her doors open to the public on Monday and Tuesday, May 24th-25th from 4:30 PM – Sunset. Office hours in the future will be by appointment.
