Taureau Group provides full-service merger and acquisition services. Hanna, Vanderpoel and Schenck have owned this entity since July 2017.

Taureau Group has doubled in size over the past three years and is anticipating continued growth. The professionals at Taureau Group lead and support the execution of M&A projects, which includes business sales and divestitures, acquisitions, management buyouts and recapitalizations. Since 2015, the team has completed more than 30 transactions for approximately $600 million in aggregate transaction value. Taureau Group has been recognized twice by M&A industry publication Acquisition International, including Best USA M&A Solutions and Sustained Excellence in Exit Planning – USA.
Taureau Group’s team of seven professionals will continue providing M&A advisory services from their location at 11414 West Park Place, Suite 200, in Milwaukee.
