The Felss corporate group is now also active in the ''rolling''' technology field

Since May 2019, the companies of the Pforzheim-based HMP Group have been officially part of the international Felss Group with headquarters in Königsbach-Stein. With the acquisition of HMP, Felss has added a new technology to its portfolio: rolling. Since HMP is a strong competitor and pioneer in the technology field of rolling, rolling at Felss will continue to run under the "HMP" brand in the future. The "HMP ROLLING" brand was created specifically for this purpose, under which the latest Felss technology will be communicated to the outside world from now on.
Since the takeover of the HMP companies, the Felss product portfolio also includes various types of rolling mills. Whether wire reduction plants, flat and profile wire rolling plants, ultra-precision rolling plants, strip rolling plants or cross section rolling plants, the Felss machine portfolio offers a large variety. The rolling mills with HMP technology are flexibly constructed and are always developed in dialogue with the customers. This allows the machines to be equipped with any number of stands and the best measuring technology, among other things, and to be personalized for the customer.
At this year's EMO Hannover, the world's leading trade fair for metalworking, visitors will have the opportunity to get to know the formerly independent companies Felss and HMP for the first time under one roof and convince themselves of their combined competence in the automotive, industrial, aviation and precision mechanics sectors. The Felss Group will also be presenting its latest technology, rolling, to visitors at the trade fair.
In addition, visitors can discover further Felss machines, technologies and a multitude of Felss solutions in the fields of e-mobility and industry 4.0 at the exhibition stand in hall 16 on stand areas E05 and D06. During the fair, visitors will have the opportunity, for example, to test the Felss Smart Glasses live: With the help of these unique data goggles, an even more efficient service can be offered in future when it comes to the maintenance and repair of Felss machines.
