Covek joins Vrakas after graduating from Concordia University this past spring with a Bachelor of Science: Accounting & Finance. As an audit associate, he performs a wide variety of client services including performing audits and other assurance engagements for closely-held businesses. Covek is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA). He currently resides in Milwaukee, WI.
Jens joins Vrakas as a tax associate after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, with a Masters of Professional Accountancy. Before coming on full-time, Jens interned with Vrakas in spring of 2017. His primary responsibilities include performing income tax preparation for closely-held businesses and their owners. Jens is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA). He currently resides in Milwaukee, WI.
Kerschbaum joins Vrakas as an audit associate after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Masters of Professional Accountancy. Before coming on full-time, she interned with Vrakas the spring of 2017. Her primary responsibilities include performing audits and other assurance engagements for closely-held businesses. Kerschbaum is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA). She currently resides in Germantown, WI.
Krainer joins Vrakas after graduating from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a Bachelors of Accounting. Before coming on full-time, he interned with Vrakas the spring of 2018. Krainer is part of our Small Business Accounting Department. His responsibilities include compilations, QuickBooks support, payroll and bookkeeping, as well as performing corporate and individual tax preparation for closely-held businesses. Krainer is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA). He currently resides in Wales, Wisconsin.
Pasdera joins Vrakas as a tax associate after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Masters of Professional Accountancy. Rasmussen joins Vrakas with over three years of public accounting experience. As an audit associate,
he is responsible for performing various audit and review tasks for closely-held businesses in a variety
of industries. Rasmussen has his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License and is a member of both
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Wisconsin Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (WICPA). He currently resides in Whitefish Bay, WI.
Werner joins Vrakas as an audit associate after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-
Whitewater with a Masters of Professional Accountancy. Before coming on full-time, Werner interned
with Vrakas the spring of 2017. Her primary responsibilities include performing audits and other
assurance engagements for closely-held businesses. Werner is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of
Certified Public Accountants (WICPA). She currently resides in Germantown, WI.
