WaterStone Bank Hires New Vice President of Business Banking
Jeff Jarecki is the newest member of the bank’s Business Banking team. His primary area of focus will be on helping business owners in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties secure loans for equipment, lines of credit and owner-occupied real estate loans.
“My main goal is to develop a financing solution that makes sense for the client and the bank,” Jarecki said. “We want to support the growth of our local businesses.”
Jarecki comes to WaterStone with extensive experience in commercial lending as well as sales and business development. Prior to joining the WaterStone Business Banking team, Jarecki was a vice president and senior commercial lender for Layton State Bank in New Berlin. After several years working in the manufacturing industry, Jarecki started his commercial banking career with Lincoln State Bank in New Berlin, which was later acquired by Harris Bank.
Jarecki holds a B.S. in Business Administration – Marketing from Marquette University and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Graduate School of Banking. He lives in New Berlin and is a member of the St. Mary Hales Corners parish.
