Waukesha County Business Alliance Announces New Board Members

(Waukesha, Wis.) – The Waukesha County Business Alliance has announced four new additions to its board of directors: Jennifer Hansen, president and owner, The Anderson Group, Inc.; Roger F. Pascavis, executive vice president, strategic global sourcing, Generac Power Systems, Inc.; Lisa Reardon, president and CEO of OwnersEdge, Inc.; and Djoly Souffrant, manager – transportation planning & support, FedEx SmartPost. In addition, the Alliance announced its 2015-16 board chair: Mike Becker, director, East Zone & Government Marketing, GE Healthcare.

Hansen is president and owner of The Anderson Group, Inc., which consists of Anderson Seal, LLC and Anderson Packaging, LLC, a 2nd generation, privately-held family business. Anderson Seal, LLC is a distribution center specializing in critical sealing components for Original Equipment Manufacturers.  Anderson Packaging, LLC focuses on kit assemblies for the after market and emerging market industry.  Together, Jennifer employees 85 employees and occupies 2 30,000 square foot buildings in New Berlin and 1 45,000 square foot building in Butler.
 
Pascavis has served as the executive vice president, strategic global sourcing since March 2013. Prior to becoming executive vice president of strategic global supply, he served as the senior vice president of operations since January 2008. Pascavis joined Generac in 1995 and has served as director of materials and vice president of operations. Prior to joining Generac, Mr. Pascavis was a plant manager for MTI in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Reardon is president and CEO of OwnersEdge, Inc. She joined CC&N in 2005 as director of operations and became president in November of 2008, CEO in January of 2011 and chairman in January of 2013. In 2012, she led the launch of a new wholly owned subsidiary, NEXT Electric Inc., in an effort to capture a more competitive position for CC&N and to expand the current customer base for both the existing CC&N business unit and the new enterprise. In 2015, she strategically realigned the two businesses into a holding company named OwnersEdge, Inc.
 
Souffrant is the manager of transportation planning & support at FedEx SmartPost Headquarters in Brookfield Wisconsin. FedEx serves more than 220 countries and territories around the globe by delivering for its customers with transportation and business solutions. Djoly began his career with FedEx Ground in 2006 and joined the SmartPost team in 2010.  During his time at FedEx SmartPost, he was awarded the prestigious Five Star Presidents Award for superior performance and saving the company more than $10 million.
