Waukesha County Technical College’s Small Business Center to host spring Women Entrepreneur Speaker

PEWAUKEE, Wis. (Thursday, March 7, 2019) – Waukesha County Technical College’s Small Business Center will hold a Women Entrepreneur Speaker Series (WESS) event featuring a sales and marketing panel discussion on Wednesday, April 3, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
 
The event will be held at the College’s Richard T. Anderson Education Center on the main campus, 800 Main Street, Pewaukee.
 
WESS events are designed to address the variety of unique challenges women entrepreneurs face as they start and grow small businesses.
 
Rhonda Noordyk, experienced financial professional and founder of the Women’s Financial Wellness Center, will provide the welcome address for the event, and six panelists – experts in the field of sales and marketing – will tackle the top sales and marketing myths.

  • Jamie Shibley -- Cofounder and CEO, The Expressory
  • Katie Soyka -- Commercial photographer/owner, Katie Soyka Photography
  • Kelli Sample -- Sales and business strategist, Sample Solutions LLC
  • Lori Highby -- Digital marketing expert/Owner, Keystone Click    
  • Monica Rodriguez, LPC, MAC, MA -- mental health therapist/business coach, founder of On Purpose Psyche, and founder/owner of On Purpose Integration
  • Nancy Lucchesi – Owner and business consultant (“the App Mama”), Unleashed Mobile Apps
 
Attendees will have opportunities to ask questions, gain insight into a range of marketing topics, and leave with practical tips that can be applied to their individual work settings.
