WI Division of Vocational Rehabilitation helps jobseekers with disabilities find jobs

April 10, 2014
Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) helps jobseekers with disabilities find and keep jobs. Recently, the agency developed a new business service initiative to focus on helping Wisconsin businesses recruit, hire and retain people with disabilities. There are 19 Business Service Consultants (BSCs), located throughout Wisconsin, ready to help Wisconsin businesses tap into a reliable and qualified talent pool, gain a competitive edge, and increase the diversity of their workforce.

The Governor spoke of a Better Bottom Line in his recent State of the State, noting that hiring a person with a disability can provide many benefits to business. DVR BSCs are available to help make that happen. To find out more about how your business can benefit from working with DVR and your local BSC, contact Jenna Koleske by phone at 262-955-9527or by email at Jennifer.Koleske@DWD.Wisconsin.gov  or you can check out our website at http://dwd.wisconsin.gov/dvr/business_services.
