Leadership: Paralysis to Purpose
David Cooks, author, speaker, coach and facilitator, has lived with paralysis since he suffered an aneurysm at age 15.  Leadership paralysis goes beyond physical disability and can cause far greater damage.  In conversation with moderator Susan Marshall, founder of Backbone Institute, David will talk about seven specific characteristics of leadership that move one from paralysis to purpose.
