How to get involved with Pewaukee's Insight Program

WHAT INSIGHT NEEDS:

Students that are accepted into the capstone Insight program are matched with a community mentor in the career field that the student is considering pursuing in the future.  As our program continues to grow, we are looking for more and more professionals that are interested in monthly mentor meetings with a student for the duration of a school year, providing guidance and authentic information on what this career is like in action.  Students acquire real-world information and mentors reconnect with their career passions, and have the opportunity to support the growth of a future professional in the field.

WHAT INSIGHT OFFERS BUSINESSES:

In addition to giving our mentors the opportunity to connect with potential future employees, we can also provide businesses with teams of students ready and passionate about tackling projects you don’t have the time or resources to develop.  Students spend several months working on real projects for you - at no financial cost to the business.  You are the expert in your business needs.  We are the experts in our students.  Together we create opportunities for them to do real, meaningful work for you, and everyone benefits.
