The Summit will identify successful strategies and partnerships that make for effective career pathway student training options within the manufacturing sector. Mr. Jim Morgan, V.P. of Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, will be the keynote speaker.  The Summit also includes two tracks of “best practice” sessions (one for Manufacturers and one for Community Based Organizations and Educators) and a closing strategy discussion.

There are four career pathways that are available through WCTC including CNC & Machine Tool, Welding & Metal Fabrication, Electrical/Electronic, and Industrial Maintenance.  Many of the concerns we are hearing from you, the members of the Waukesha County Manufacturing Alliance, focus on these key areas of need.  Come learn what is available and provide input to help you meet the needs of your current and future work force.

Who should attend from your organization?  Anyone concerned with attracting and retaining qualified employees:
CEO's, Human Resources Professionals, Operations Management, etc.
