Briohn Building & CFR Engines Inc. Celebrate Groundbreaking

CFR Engines, Inc. Current plans consist of a 9,600 square foot addition, including a 6,100 square foot warehouse addition,
a separate 500 square foot chemical storage building, and a 3,000 square foot product
training/conference center (PTCC). Included within the warehouse area will be an expansion of the
Research and Development lab. The PTCC will serve as a multi-purpose facility for hosting product
training, company meetings/events, Channel Partner meetings, and customer visits. The existing split
face CMU will be used on the proposed warehouse addition and the PTCC will be clad in metal panel.
