Integrated Health Network Names Three to Management Team

Milwaukee, Wis. – Brookfield-based Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin, a consortium of independent health care systems, hospitals and physicians, has added a vice president and two directors to its management team.

 Adam R. Baker joined the organization as vice president, data and analytics, and is responsible for direction and oversight of data management and external reporting functions to support clinical integration, population management and care coordination activities. Baker’s experience in strategic and financial analysis includes positions with UnitedHealthcare’s accountable care solutions group as director of finance and with Health Systems Advisors as a strategic consultant. He has a master’s degree in business administration.

Nicholas S. Serio is director, ACO products, and is responsible for accountable care organization product management, payer contracting and provider relations. Previously, he spent eight years with UnitedHealthcare in a variety of roles, most recently as manager of network management. Serio has a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Annette J. Dahly-Vernon, is director, population health management. She is responsible for overseeing the implementation of population health initiatives, including identification of best practices, care guidelines, and support tools. Dahly-Vernon’s experience includes medical informatics and data management, population health analysis and reporting, strategic planning and clinical expertise. Prior to joining Integrated Health Network, she held a variety of health care industry positions with companies including Aver Informatics, QuadMed, and Primary Genetics. She has a Ph.D in physiology and a bachelor’s degree in biology.

Integrated Health Network (IHN) is a consortium of independent health systems, hospitals and physicians working together to improve the quality, efficiency and value of health care services in the markets served by its members. Members currently include Agnesian Healthcare, Columbia St. Mary’s, Froedtert Health, Ministry Health Care, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare and the Medical College of Wisconsin, representing more than 4,500 physicians, 450 clinics and 34 hospitals in northern, central and eastern Wisconsin.
