Claims Specialist - Claims Specialists are responsible for day to day plan administration of pre-tax benefit plans for an assigned group of clients.  This position requires strong multi-tasking and organizational skill and includes a high volume of claims processing, issuance of reimbursements, status changes, enrollments, responding to client and participant inquiries and implementation of plan set-ups/changes.

Client Services Specialist - Client Services Specialists are a primary point of contact for clients, internal staff and insurance brokers and play a key role in the onboarding of new clients, resolving service issues, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and providing ongoing sales and client support.

Customer Service Representative  - 
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible for providing exceptional phone service to plan participants as well as the accurate screening/entry of Flexible Benefit Plan and Health Reimbursement Arrangement claims.

Junior Software Developer | Senior Software Developer - DBS Software Developers are part of an agile development team building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack.  Software Developers are involved in all areas of development from design to development to testing.

Sales Executive - The role of the Sales Executive involves direct sales of DBS services to customers. (Customers include clients, prospects, agents and agencies).  One of the most important objectives is to reach or exceed the individually established sales goal for the fiscal year.

Sales Manager - The role of the Sales Manager involves managing, directing, training and development of the sales team, identifying our target market, developing an effective sales plan for the department and staff, establishing sales strategies to generate new sales and to expand market share, monitoring the sales pipeline and establishing aggressive yet achievable sales goals.  Among the most important objectives are ensuring that sales goals are reached or exceeded and inspiring and motivating the sales team to achieve the sales goals and targets.
