Nettesheim and Mehlberg Conduct Workshop on Increasing Business Value

SVA Professionals, Joel Nettesheim, CPA and Nancy Mehlberg to present What’s Your Business Really Worth – Are You Building a Sellable Company? on February 5, 2015 at the Sheraton Hotel in Brookfield, WI. This presentation is part of Biz Times Next Stage Workshop Series.

Designed for business owners, this interactive workshop will supply attendees with the information, advice, and tools needed to increase their business’s value and prepare for a sale or acquisition. Joel and Nancy will discuss how to improve business value and influence growth by better understanding the “Sellability Score” – the eight key drivers to improving business value.

Following the keynote speakers, the panelists (Daniel Eder, President of Reliable Door and Dock, Inc. and Jim Lindenberg, Owner and President of Lindy Enterprises, JML Holdings and Legends of the Field) will discuss their own experiences in buying, selling and growing multiple businesses. The workshop concludes with takeaways presented by Action Coach of Elm Grove.

About the SVA Presenters

Joel is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C., and member of Business Advisory Services. Experienced in financial and tax issues as well as valuation and litigation matters, Joel achieves profitability and protection of his clients’ interests by clearly understanding their future goals. He provides clients with technical expertise in valuations, financial reporting, corporate/partnership taxation, individual taxation, and taxation of partnerships, corporations and S corporations. He also assists business owners and their attorneys in negotiating and implementing business agreements as well as business sales/purchases.

 

Nancy is a Manager with SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C. She is part of the Business Advisory Services (BAS) group, where she provides businesses and individuals with accounting, tax and advisory services. Working within the BAS Group, Nancy helps clients establish internal financial reporting procedures and provides year-end financial reporting services. After evaluating procedures and processes, Nancy recommends options to streamline business processes. She reviews and recommends software that ensures management is provided with timely and accurate financial reports to run a profitable business.
