Claims Account Specialist - Claims Specialists are responsible for day to day plan administration of pre-tax benefit plans for an assigned group of clients. This position requires strong multi-tasking and organizational skill and includes a high volume of claims processing, issuance of reimbursements, status changes, enrollments, responding to client and participant inquiries and implementation of plan set-ups/changes.
Client Services Specialist - Client Services Specialists are a primary point of contact for clients, internal staff and insurance brokers and play a key role in the onboarding of new clients, resolving service issues, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and providing ongoing sales and client support.
Compliance Analyst - Compliance Analysts serve as an internal information resource for our front-line service team. The primary functions of this role are to dig into various infomration sources, conduct research and provide answers/guidance on regulations regarding FSAs, HRAs, HSAs and COBRA and to conduct non-discrimination testing on the plans administered. Compliance Analysts help ensure that our Company and our Clients administer benefit plans that are in compliance with applicable regulations.
Customer Service Representative - Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible for providing exceptional phone service to plan participants as well as the accurate screening/entry of Flexible Benefit Plan and Health Reimbursement Arrangement claims.
Sales Executive - The role of the Sales Executive involves direct sales of DBS services to customers. (Customers include clients, prospects, agents and agencies). One of the most important objectives is to reach or exceed the individually established sales goal for the fiscal year.
Software Developer - Software Developers are part of an agile development team building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack. Software Developers are involved in all areas of development from design to development to testing.
