Dousman, Wis. - Three Pillars Senior Living Communities proudly announces the
hiring of two new executive directors. Natalie Miko joins the organization as
Executive Director of Healthcare Services and Rachel Wiesner as Executive
Director of Hospitality.

Miko comes to Three Pillars with over 15 years of senior living leadership
and nursing home administration. She holds an MBA from West Texas A&M
and a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Most recently, she spent several years as a Licensed
Nursing Home Administrator at a life plan community in Arizona. Skilled in
operational excellence and strong financial performance, Miko has an
unwavering commitment to employee engagement and resident
satisfaction.

For Wiesner, creating welcoming, exceptional experiences is paramount. As
The Fields at Three Pillars prepares to welcome its first residents in July,
Wiesner joins the organization to lead this work. With a B.S. from Harrah
College of Hospitality in Las Vegas, Wiesner is a seasoned hospitality leader
with several years of experience in the culinary world, including restaurant
leadership, catering, events, and senior living. Prior to joining Three Pillars,
Wiesner was the Director of Operations with Benson’s Restaurant Group,
where she led the daily operations of six restaurants and their catering and
maintenance departments.

Josh Van Den Berg, Three Pillars’ Vice President of Community Services and
Strategy, comments, “Personally and professionally, Natalie and Rachel care
about people, quality, and authenticity. When recruiting for these roles, we knew we needed
individuals who not only had exceptional skills and knowledge, but who also fit with our culture.
We’ve found this in Natalie and Rachel and we couldn’t be happier to welcome them.”
