Our mission at Focus Waukesha is to enhance the quality of life in Waukesha County and help grow local businesses and nonprofits through our quality reporting, relevant content, local business directory and superior user experience.

We tell the stories of our Waukesha County lifestyle and the people who make it possible — from the beauty of our lakes and rural communities, where half of our residents live, to our flourishing cities and villages. We also tell the stories of our businesses and nonprofits, helping them thrive by promoting their products, services and events, as well as their important role providing jobs for our residents.

Our goal for the business directory is to make it much easier for shoppers to find and buy the products and services they need from local Waukesha County businesses, rather than defaulting to national retailers and ecommerce giants.
